I’m so excited to welcome you—and your partner or support person—to our upcoming childbirth course!

This experience is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and empowered as you approach birth and the postpartum period.

The total course fee is $550. We will meet four times: three one-hour sessions held remotely (along with additional self-paced materials), and one four-hour in-person session.
