Baby Massage

Ease Gas, Reflux, Feeding & Sleep Challenges

Unlike a spa experience, this work is intentional and therapeutic, using various holds, rhythmic movements, and gentle massage in key areas to release fascial tension that can accumulate from feeding, birth, and daily positioning.

Baby Massage is a gentle, nurturing practice designed to support your little one’s comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being.

This type of massage can help:

  • Ease digestive discomfort, reduce gas, and alleviate or prevent reflux

  • Make nursing or bottle-feeding more comfortable & efficient

  • Support babies who have tongue/ oral ties, both before & after release procedures

  • Promote calmer wake periods, deeper sleep, and overall relaxation

  • Support proper body mechanics, ease physical discomforts and muscle tension- help with posture (torticolis)

The massage itself is very gentle, and I talk you through every step, so you can confidently continue this work between sessions.

Many babies show noticeable improvements after just one session — calmer nervous systems, easier feeds, smoother digestion, and better sleep. For the best results, 3–5 sessions over several weeks are recommended. Each visit includes a care plan and home instructions to continue progress.

Babies are typically relaxed, though some may get sleepy or fussy — this is normal. We never push through crying, but gentle fussing is okay. Remote sessions are available for families farther away, though in-person is preferred.

Scheduling is easy, and payment can be made on site or at booking. Appointments are often available same week or next day. Currently accepting new families. HSA/FSA accepted.
