Birthing Mamas — Process Your Birth

What Do Sessions Look Like?
Relaxing, calm, and designed to unfold at your own pace.
What If My Grief or Trauma Feels Overwhelming?
Sessions are intentionally gentle, allowing emotions to surface naturally and without force.
Using tools like breath work, movement, contact, play, and creativity, we create a safe space for healing to emerge.
This process is about reconnecting with your body—listening to its wisdom and letting it guide the way to what it truly needs.
Think of it as dipping your toe into the water: there’s no need to dive in all at once. Simply feeling the water is the first step.
Session Details
- Duration: Each session is 90 minutes, providing ample time for a deep, meaningful experience. 
- Frequency: Sessions are held weekly and paced to support your ongoing progress and growth. Packages of three or five sessions are typically recommended, depending on your level of support needed. Sessions can also be scheduled individually, week by week. This process is collaborative, we’ll work together to guide your body’s healing and help you move toward your goals. 
- Approach: This is not talk therapy. Instead, we focus on listening to your body, recognizing sensations, and allowing it to guide the healing process. 
- Investment: Sessions are $135 per session.
