Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that encourages the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body. The lymphatic system plays a key role in immunity, fluid balance, and healing, but it can sometimes become sluggish after surgery, illness, or stress. This specialized massage uses light, sweeping movements to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support detoxification. Many clients describe it as deeply relaxing while also leaving them feeling lighter, less puffy, and more balanced. It’s especially beneficial for: - Post-surgical recovery (to reduce swelling and bruising) including c-section
- Supporting the immune system
- Easing water retention and bloating
- Aids in lactation and helps reduce reduce swelling with clogged ducts/ mastitis
- Promoting relaxation and overall well-being
- Helps with recovery from previous injury (even from many years ago)

aka Cranial Sacral Therapy Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps the body release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. Using light touch, the therapist works with the natural rhythm of the fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord to encourage relaxation and healing. Many clients notice improvements in headaches, jaw pain (TMJ), stress, and tension, as well as support for digestion, sleep, and overall nervous system regulation. CST is also very helpful for babies experiencing latching or feeding challenges, digestive discomfort, or difficulty settling, offering gentle support for both infants and parents. Sessions often feel subtle yet deeply restorative—leaving you (and your little one) lighter, calmer, and more at ease.

Baby Massage is a gentle, nurturing practice designed to support your little one’s comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being. Unlike a spa experience, this work is intentional and therapeutic, using various holds, rhythmic movements, and gentle massage in key areas to release fascial tension that can accumulate from feeding, birth, and daily positioning. This type of massage can help: - Ease digestive discomfort, reduce gas, and alleviate or prevent reflux
- Make nursing or bottle-feeding more comfortable
- Support babies who have tongue or oral ties, both before and after release procedures
- Promote calmer wake periods, deeper sleep, and overall relaxation
A key part of my practice is teaching parents how to use these techniques at home and providing a comprehensive care plan to support your baby’s ongoing comfort, digestion, and nervous system regulation. Through this guidance, parents gain tools to bond with their baby while encouraging relaxation and well-being on a daily basis.

Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that focuses on relieving restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in the body. When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to stress, injury, surgery, or posture, it can create pain, tension, and limited movement. This therapy uses sustained, gentle pressure and stretching to release those restrictions, restore mobility, and reduce discomfort. Clients often experience relief from chronic pain, headaches, tension, and postural imbalances. Myofascial Release can also support digestion, breathing, sleep quality, and nervous system regulation by creating more space and ease in the body. It is safe and effective for people of all ages, and can be especially beneficial during recovery, postpartum healing, or times of chronic stress.

Trigger Point Therapy focuses on releasing “knots” in the muscles—tight, sensitive spots that can cause pain locally or refer discomfort to other areas of the body. These trigger points often develop from stress, injury, repetitive movements, or poor posture. Using focused pressure and slow, mindful techniques, trigger point therapy helps relax these knots, improve circulation, and restore normal movement patterns. Clients often experience relief from headaches, neck and shoulder pain, low back discomfort, and other chronic tension. This therapy not only reduces pain but also supports better sleep, improved posture, and overall nervous system balance—helping you feel looser, lighter, and more at ease in your body.

This therapy uses slow, sustained, heavier pressure across the body—or in key regions—to deeply engage tissues, calm the nervous system, and anchor both your physical and energetic self. The intention is to slow the body, quiet the mind, and bring you into a grounded, present state. - The pressure isn’t rough or forceful: it’s purposeful and steady, allowing you to sink into the touch rather than resist it.
- Applied along major fascial lines or over areas holding tension, it can ease deeply held muscular and connective tissue restrictions.
- As the body relaxes under this touch, the nervous system shifts from “fight/flight” toward more soothing, restorative states.
- Many people describe this as an experience of being “held” — safe, centered, and rooted in both body and spirit.
Because this work targets both body and subtle systems, it supports: - Grounding & presence — helping you feel more contained, centered, and connected to your physical form
- Nervous system regulation — reducing hyperarousal, agitation, and restlessness
- Better sleep & deep rest — when the body down-shifts, the quality of rest often improves
- Ease in the body — gradually releasing held tension, improving circulation, and inviting larger movement possibilities

After birth, your body has done so much. Postpartum Massage is designed to support you through this healing, with medium to deeper Swedish massage work, deep regulation, and calming touch that helps you feel grounded again. It focuses on moving excess fluids back into the system to prevent stagnation, releasing tension in the shoulders, upper back, and hips, and restoring balance throughout the body. What to expect / how it supports you: - Using flowing, elongated Swedish strokes with some firmer pressure where comfortable, this massage helps to reduce swelling (edema) by promoting circulation and lymphatic drainage, helping the body shift fluid that’s been held in from pregnancy and labour.
- It helps soothe the muscles that are often overworked in early motherhood: neck, shoulders, upper back (from nursing, carrying), and hips (from birthing and changing posture). Deep regulation — meaning techniques to calm the nervous system, slow the breath, reduce hyper-arousal — is woven throughout.
- Calming the mind: massage helps reduce stress hormone levels (like cortisol), increase feel-good hormones (oxytocin, serotonin), which together support mood, reduce anxiety and help with healing emotionally in those early postpartum days.
- Sleep improvement: because the body is more relaxed, discomfort is lessened, and the nervous system is better able to shift into rest; this tends to help mothers get deeper, more restorative rest when able.
- Nursing support: with shoulders and chest tension eased, posture improved, mothers often find nursing more comfortable. Also, hormone shifts tied to relaxation can support milk let-down and breastfeeding. - Areas of focus and technique details:
 - Shoulders & Upper Back – this area typically carries a lot of strain from nursing, holding the baby, leaning forward, etc. Medium-to-deeper pressure (where safe), kneading, gentle stretching, trigger point relief help loosen tight muscles.
- Hips & Lower Back – childbirth, changes in posture, diaper and baby-carrying duties can all tighten and stress these areas. Techniques may include myofascial release, deeper longitudinal strokes, gentle hip opening work.
- Whole Body Grounding – in addition to targeting specific areas, sessions often include full-body slow work, heavier grounding pressure (on safe areas), purposeful calming of the nervous system via slower pace, warm environment, supportive positioning.

Intraoral Therapy is a very slow process that uses gloved hands to gently work inside the mouth, targeting muscles that are often overly tight, including the TMJ (jaw joint), floor of the mouth, cheeks, lips, hyoid muscles and upper neck. This technique helps release tension that can contribute to jaw pain, headaches, difficulty chewing, and restrictions in facial movement. By carefully and safely relaxing these muscles, clients often experience improved jaw mobility, reduced discomfort, easier swallowing, reduced grinding, sinus issues, relief from tension-related headaches and better sleep. Intraoral work can also complement other bodywork or craniosacral therapies for a more holistic approach to nervous system regulation, stress relief, and overall facial comfort.
