Deluxe Postpartum Doula Package $1000
A thoughtfully curated postpartum care experience including four visits (20 hours of personalized support), centered on deep nourishment, recovery, and gentle transition into motherhood.
Your care may include:
• Attuned, compassionate support to help regulate and calm both mama and baby’s nervous systems
• Gentle holding space for your emotional experience, including birth story integration and processing
• Intentional nourishment through warming foods, herbal preparations, and restorative rituals such as baths and comforting touch
• Small-batch herbal blends crafted for postpartum healing, including tea and sitz bath soaks
• Attentive newborn care (snuggling, soothing, and settling baby) to create space for your rest and recovery
• Breastfeeding support tailored to your needs
• Light home care to maintain a peaceful, supported environment
Optional add-on: Belly binding is available as part of your postpartum care for an additional $125.

Staple Postpartum Doula Package $425
A supportive postpartum care experience including two visits (8 hours of personalized support), designed to offer gentle nourishment, grounding, and care as you begin your transition into motherhood.
Your care may include:
• Attuned, compassionate support to help calm and regulate both mama and baby’s nervous systems
• Gentle space for birth story reflection and emotional processing
• Intentional nourishment through warming foods, herbal preparations, and restorative rituals such as baths and comforting touch
• New mama herbal blends, including tea and sitz bath soaks to support healing and ease discomfort
• Loving newborn care (snuggling, soothing, and rocking baby) to allow for your rest and recovery
• Breastfeeding support as needed
• Light home care to help maintain a calm, supported environment
Optional add-on: Belly binding is available as part of your postpartum care for an additional $125.

Birth Processing Session $135
A 90-minute in-person somatic session to gently process and integrate your birth experience.
Whether you gave birth vaginally or via cesarean, this space supports the emotional, physical, and energetic layers of postpartum, along with the identity shift of becoming a mama.
You are held as your nervous system unwinds, so you can find grounding, ease, and reconnection with yourself.

Continued Care
Support doesn’t end at 8 weeks.
Sleep regressions, teething, sickness, and long nights still happen. I offer steady support and an extra set of hands when you need it; nurturing you and your family.
Continued Care Package $900
20 hours (daytime) in home support (typically 3-4 days)
Can look like: processing your birth, light house work, nurturing the mama via foods, a warm bath, and comforting touch
Feeding, Diapering, Soothing, Comforting baby
I also offer Lactation Consultant and a Massage Therapist
Overnight Continued Care $450
8 hours overnight in home support- one overnight (typically 10p- 6a)
throughout the night I will feed (via bottle) or bring your baby to you when they wake
diaper changes, snuggling, rocking; supporting your night time routine
overnight support allows you to rest and know your little one is being well cared for
Birth Doula Care
Doula Care is for those Birthing at home, Birth Center, or Hospital.
