Get to know me a little better: I absolutely adore helping mamas and families thrive in their fourth trimester! I created Sacred Mama Denver because I absolutely love this work!! I have felt first-hand the raw vulnerability of birth and postpartum. My first birth was a profound experience, one that deeply affected me and ignited a journey of learning, healing, and growth. As I navigated my own path in my new body and motherhood, I quickly learned the importance of having strong support systems and the impact of compassionate care. This experience fueled a deep passion within me to help others. I knew I couldn’t keep the knowledge, quality of care and commitment to serve others to myself.
