3️⃣ Pumping On the Go — Set up a portable pump kit with spare parts, a cooler bag, and extra storage bags. Know your rights and plan break times to pump comfortably.
4️⃣ Embrace Your New Body — Be gentle with yourself. Your body did incredible work! Treat yourself to a few new wardrobe staples that make you feel confident and comfortable.
